THE BODY DISAPPEARS (1941) *1/2 Flyweight slapstick Jane Wyman vehicle. Perfectly adequate for a Sunday afternoon. She falls in love with an invisible guy, which is perfectly understandable given her actual domestic situation at the time. The only black guy is portrayed as a happy moron, but like there's never been a movie about an idiotic white guy. Open to X-rated interpretation with three naked people riding around in a convertible but, you know, they're all invisible. So who knows what was really going on...
