A DAY AT THE RACES (1937) ***1/2 Who's dat man! Harpo Fucking Marx, laying the groundwork for Jimi Hendrix and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, playing a piano/harp, and leadin' the barn dance! Groucho has the most flawless delivery, and the telephone scene is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. Our early civil rights champions rock the fascists with "All God's Chillun Got Rhythm!" Maureen O' Sullivan is so sweet. That song, that dance, that timing, those walks and face that... Vaudeville.
