JIMMY NEUTRON: BOY GENIUS (2001) **1/2 The kids will like the depiction of the visionary children, and dull-witted elders. Adults will enjoy the sheer absurdity of it all, and its insistence on gearing up even when there aren't any higher gears evident. It has several elements of sheer and absolute brilliance: Andrea Martin's voice, the chicken-headed space ships, the placement of the Ramones tune...of course there's a Ramones tune, it's a film about the wild genius of youth!
