STORM CELL (2008) * Another disaster of a disaster movie. There are all these shots of Mimi Rogers' big ol' haid, where she's studying cloud formations and supposed to be generating all of this admiration for her wisdom, toughness and grit. But instead she looks like what happens when you put lobotomy victims on Prozac. Then there's this dumb girl who's like 17 and they freak out when she goes to the coffee shop alone, and she has to climb out the window. You're definitely not supposed to, but I felt sorry for Ryan Kennedy just for being in this mess...at least he deserves a higher standard of crappy disaster flick. They just don't consult the telemetry in interesting ways.
