What, you want to bore 'em to death with environmental impact hearings? This shit goes on all the time and it rarely ends like this, and that's a major source of outlaw cool. Jimmy Buffet sings, and is in it, and has a lot to do with it all, which is cool too . Luke Wilson makes a good incompetent cop, they used to tip those three wheelers over at LSU all the time, all you have to do is tie it to a car or strong bike...Mike the Tiger's still in his cage, but I imagine most folk are happiest and most comfortable with him in there.
