THE GORGON (1964) *1/2 I know I've seen fifty...ah...films...of this...genre... with Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee in them, but they just aren't memorable. This would fare at least half a star worse but for the nice scenes of the castle, countryside, and full moon. Yes, in what would later become East Germany there apparently was always a full moon and it was always autumn. It's remarkable that Medusah-style hasn't yet become a mainstream hairdo. I mean, mohawks? Jeri-curl? Grecian formula? What the fuck is wrong with a bunch of snakes coming out ya haid?
