MURDER ON THE ORIENT EXPRESS (1974) **1/2 It had its moments, mainly at the end after it had already gone on 45 minutes too long. The puffy poodle-do worked surprisingly well for Michael York, but not at all for Jaqueline Bisset. Albert Finney has some fine moments as the borderline lunatic genius Poirot who could never be a viable candidate for public office. The music during the kidnapping scene at the beginning is very effective.
